The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China Promotes Xinjiang at Iconic Yonge-Dundas Square
The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China chose the iconic Yonge-Dundas square to run a 5 week promotion for the beautiful Xinjiang. Situated in the northwestern border of China, Xinjiang is the largest provincial administrative region of the country. It enjoys a breathtaking natural landscape and a diversified culture of 47 ethnic groups. The best well-known route of the ancient Silk Road went through the region.
The campaign will run on the Dundas Square street level digital displays starting on August 29th for five weeks. The digital displays, located in Canada’s busiest intersection, will expose the beautiful Xinjiang province to thousands of Dundas Square audiences a day. The creative showcases the breathtaking landscapes of Xinjiang from soaring mountains to desert valleys, beautiful lakes and the cultural diversity that is unique to this region, as well as the dynamic economic development in Xinjiang.
