The Concerts in the Park series has been one of the great joys of summer in Richmond Hill since 1975. Residents are encouraged to come out and enjoy an exciting lineup of musical talent in genres including Blues, Country, Rock and Roll, Celtic, tribute bands, children’s acts and so much more! 

The free, outdoor concerts take place on Thursday evenings in July and August at Mill Pond Park and some Sunday afternoons at Richmond Green Park. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and/or cushions to each concert for seating. 

Ride your bike to the concert and have it looked after for free!
A Bike Valet is available every Thursday concert at Mill Pond. 

Inclement weather and cancellations

Please note that all concerts are held weather-permitting. In the event of inclement weather, a cancellation sign will be posted on the Mill Pond Park Gazebo by 6:30 p.m. the evening of the concert or at the Richmond Green Park sign by 12:30 p.m. the afternoon of the concert. Check RHCPA Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts for updates. Unfortunately, concerts cannot be rescheduled.
